A collaboration that just makes sense. Bellaire unveils his take on Yuksek’s Hypra-sensorial, featuring Voyou and Paula (PPJ). A remix where tropical rhythms and house sounds blend effortlessly, heralding the release of the Partyfine compilation, due on 21 March.
The Lille producer, now recognised internationally, stamps his signature all over it: groovy percussion, organic basslines and melodic flashes inspired by the disco years. The original track, already carried by a sunny energy, gains in intensity and texture. Bellaire and Yuksek, partners behind the decks for several years, show off their musical connection here with disarming ease.
The remix also echoes the “Disco, I’m Coming Out” exhibition currently running at the Philharmonie de Paris, which celebrates the excitement of that era. A coincidence? More of a welcome nod, at a time when party music is back in the spotlight.
