With the release of their new EP, presented last Friday, KLYMVX is already in the top 10 of iTunes album sales in France. The reason for this success probably lies in the originality of this new project, which the duo worked hard on.
As a nod to their wide range of influences, the two members of the Parisian group chose to remix their own single ‘After Midnight‘ across five different styles. From classical music to future house, by way of future bass, this one-of-a-kind EP plunges the listener into multiple worlds.
“Our vision of music doesn’t stop at EDM, our inspirations come from everywhere and from different styles. (…) That’s what we wanted to show you by remixing our single ‘After Midnight’ ourselves.”
They also pushed the concept further by assigning a time of day to each track on the EP. According to them, these times match the moments of the day best suited to listening to them and reliving a few memories.
