Green Festival 2024: an eco-friendly event with a mouth-watering line-up

Set at the Lac de Monteux, the Green Festival is gearing up for its new edition, taking place on 5 and 6 July 2024. Since its launch in 2015, this festival, at the cutting edge of ecology and sustainability, once again promises an exceptional programme this year with big-name artists such as Pierre de Maere, The…

This year, the festival spans two nights of celebrations. Its more diverse programme, moving between pop and electronic music, aims to attract a wider audience, including families and visitors from all walks of life. Teddy Sambuchi, the festival’s founder and director, says: “Our mission is to raise awareness of respect for the environment while offering a first-class musical and cultural experience.”

The festival will feature two separate stages: a main one for the headliners and another, called Green Village, dedicated to discovering new talent and promoting up-and-coming artists. An eco-village with committed associations, food based on local produce and one-of-a-kind activities will round out the experience, with festival-goers able to swim in the lake before the concerts.

“Earlybird” tickets sold out in just three days, a sign of nationwide enthusiasm for this unique event. The festival is also improving its accessibility by offering free entry to 16 to 20-year-olds through the Pass Culture app and guaranteeing full accessibility for people with reduced mobility.

An explosive line-up and an enriched experience at the Lac de Monteux

This year, the festival is particularly proud to welcome The Avener, a global reference in electronic music, famous for his spellbinding remixes. Alongside him, Trinix, the dynamic, multi-certified duo, promise to captivate festival-goers with an innovative show. Boris Way, with his infectious energy, and Mosimann, whose sets cleverly combine singing and DJing, are ready to set the main stage alight.

Lewis Ofman, the young electro-pop prodigy, will bring a gentle touch with his smooth, danceable melodies. Joachim Pastor, known for melodic compositions that go beyond traditional genres, and Sara Costa, the talented DJ and producer who keeps gaining ground in a male-dominated scene, will complete this line-up packed with French talent.
