Recently spotted at the open days of the Maison Moët & Chandon, right in the heart of the Saint-Lazare district in Paris, Millesim were the famous champagne brand’s guests for a chic, summery DJ set. The duo took the opportunity to play tracks from their brand-new EP Elixir. The record is signed to London label Soundplate as well as to Kitsuné Hot Stream, a concept from the French record label Kitsuné that combines music and visuals.
Produced partly between Paris and Sydney, the EP features Hannah Young, Dianna and Jordan Corey. On this project, Millesim stay true to their roots with slow deep lines for a guaranteed chill effect. It is also a chance for us to look back at one of the duo’s biggest hits, their remix of Walking On The Moon by legendary British rock band The Police.
