Queen D’s electro kingdom grows with this collaboration with Shallou

The French electronic scene, often seen as largely dominated by men, is now witnessing the rise of a new female star: Queen D. With her latest track “It’s You”, in collaboration with the talented Shallou, Queen D brings a breath of fresh air that isn’t going unnoticed.

Queen D stands out for a trait that is rare in the music industry: she is both a producer and a singer. Self-taught, she has forged her own path. Her musical world is a clever blend of infectious rhythms and biting irony, all wrapped up in a completely offbeat “Drama Queen” image. This unique combination lets her stand out and catch the attention of the biggest names.

With “It’s You”, Queen D and Shallou deliver a track that wins you over from the very first listen. Shallou, known for his soft, atmospheric productions, brings a depth and subtlety that pair perfectly with Queen D’s exuberant energy. The result is a captivating electro-pop track that evokes both emotion and euphoria.

Alongside her own productions, Queen D has notably worked with French duo Trinix on two standout remixes: “Tainted Love” and “She Said”. These remixes showcase her talent as a singer and show her ability to revisit classics with a modern touch. Her work with Trinix was praised for its originality, cementing her reputation on the electronic scene. It didn’t earn her a crown, admittedly, but it did earn her a gold record, no less.

“It’s You” marks an important new step in Queen D’s career. The track is further proof of her talent and her potential to redraw the outlines of French electronic music. Thanks to artists like her, the electronic scene keeps becoming more inclusive and dynamic. With her charisma and undeniable talent, Queen D is ready to conquer the kingdom of music.
