One thing is certain: Clem Cohen belongs to the new generation of electro talent to keep a close eye on. Born in Geneva into a family of musicians, she fell in love with music from early childhood. She went on to study singing and guitar before making her first solo foray in 2014, with the release of a pop-rock album.
Now 23, the singer-songwriter has decided to change her stage name and her artistic direction too, having recently reappeared with a new single with electro-pop influences. A sun-drenched track called “Tchami”, a nod to the famous French DJ and producer whose music she fell for. To make it, the young artist with the gentle voice teamed up with Junkeï, a producer with whom she shaped the sound.
A few days ago, Clem Cohen also presented “Hey U”, a second track from her upcoming EP, due out at the end of the year.
