After taking his first steps in European orchestras as a cellist and working over the past few years on countless jazz, rock, indie and even rap compositions, AVBE (pronounced “ob”) is now moving on with a first solo project. Launched in June and introduced with “Respire” and “Stick to it”, this new project now gains a third single called “Azure”.
Heavily influenced by mainstream pop culture, the track was born on a trip to California, where the artist regularly finds his inspiration. For the first time, he sings on one of his own tracks, telling the story of two strangers caught off guard by love on a summer’s day. A powerful, sun-soaked lyric, just like the lyric video and its original format, which whisks us away to the hot sandy beaches of Los Angeles.
Passionate and talented, the artist is also touring with singer Calypso Valois and composes film music. Solid experience built up over several years, which he is now putting to use to make more personal music. His first EP is currently in the works, but no release date has been announced yet.
