Formed by Loris Guillin and Quentin Brunel, Angara is probably one of the most innovative duos of its generation. Since the release of its EP “Side Roads”, which had already won over plenty of listeners, the duo has excelled in a world with no walls and no borders, where the only limit is imagination. This week, it presents “Arizona” and “Azur”, two brand-new tracks that once again leave us longing to get away. The two productions take us to the majestic landscapes of the American West, with its endless deserts and azure blue skies. Two moods and two colours, both opposite and complementary, which you’ll also find on the cover artwork designed by the duo themselves.
While working on its first live show to further assert its identity, Angara is also writing a second EP. Bigger in scope, this project should feature no fewer than six tracks. You’ll have to be patient, though, as it is due out in early 2020.
