In a market where vinyl is making a big comeback, Korg is hitting hard with its brand-new range of Handytraxx portable turntables. Designed to suit different uses, the range comes in three models: the Handytraxx Play, the Handytraxx Tube and the Handytraxx 1bit.
The Handytraxx Play is a gem for DJs on the move. Inspired by Vestax’s legendary Handy Trax, it was developed in collaboration with Toshihide Nakama, co-creator of the original. It features a crossfader optimised for scratching, advanced digital effects such as a DJ filter, a wah filter and a bass isolator, plus a built-in looper to capture and replay samples live. Its flexible design lets you customise the settings and adapt the layout for left-handers and right-handers alike.

For audiophiles after the best possible sound quality, the Handytraxx Tube comes with a die-cast aluminium platter and Nutube technology, which delivers a warmth close to analogue vacuum tubes. A two-band equaliser and a tonearm with an adjustable counterweight ensure smooth, precise playback of your records.
Finally, the Handytraxx 1bit pushes the limits by offering high-definition vinyl digitisation through the AudioGate 4 software. It captures sound in Direct Stream Digital (DSD), an ultra-high-resolution format originally developed for the Super Audio CD.

Each model in the Handytraxx range is designed to meet the needs of DJs, collectors and vinyl lovers, combining portability, innovation and sound performance. Available from this year, these portable turntables start at €429, a justified investment for analogue music enthusiasts.
