2020 hasn’t made scheduling music releases easy, especially albums. When is the best time to put it out, will it be possible to present it live on stage (…)? A host of questions that many artists have had to face, Clément Leroux among them. The Frenchman, now living in Brussels, chose to push back the release of his very first album “Circle Line” by a few months. Originally expected in February, it finally came out on 2 October on Armada Music. The record is made up of 14 tracks, including his signature tracks “Sunday”, “U Got My Heart”, “Cruise” and “Alright”. There are some lovely surprises too, such as “Morphine” and “Free”, a track made with his sister Chloé Leroux. And while this album with a very coherent thread is deeply personal, it is also a profoundly human work, one in which everyone can recognise themselves through the different phases of life it explores. Listen to it right now below.
