Some nights, you just can’t let yourself go to bed without at least heading out for a drink with friends. Even more so when you know Ofenbach, FDVM and Axel Rey are playing DJ sets just round the corner: three DJ/producers for a stylish, laid-back vibe…
Outside, the weather is wavering between drizzle and downpours, so quick, get under cover and head for Faust! The night begins and Axel Rey takes control of the decks, with the heavy responsibility of quickly warming up a rather shy, quiet crowd at this early hour. We all know it isn’t always easy to be the first one to hit the floor, but nobody is going to stay in their seat all night. In the end, track after track, the crowd starts filling the club and finally takes over the floor. Mission accomplished for Axel Rey.
The temperature keeps rising, then comes the moment to welcome the two members of Ofenbach. Having played several Electroshock nights in front of thousands of people, they tame the stage like masters and, unsurprisingly, they literally set the club on fire. A mix of electro and rock (yes, we even got Queen and The Who): we couldn’t help but be won over.
The third part of the night sees FDVM arrive for a darker but powerful DJ set, with sumptuous touches of deep that get us moving, keeping an elated horde on the floor right to the very end.
