While each of his new releases draws plenty of attention, Rennes-based Haisten is quietly going his own way, sharing his new single “Lostandfound”. With its enveloping melody and drums a little more pop than usual, the track is a co-production with Xixi on which he invited his friend Aviran, with whom it all started last year.
A multi-instrumentalist, composer and singer too, Haisten is an artist with an instantly recognisable voice who plays a lot with emotion. Drawing on chillwave and electro pop influences, he crafts brilliant productions that plunge us into soft, nocturnal atmospheres.
Haisten x Aviran: Lostandfound
“Lostandfound” marks the start of a debut five-track EP due out this summer on the prestigious 96 Musique label (the label behind The Avener’s success), with which he has just begun a fine collaboration.
