Rising British artist James Carter is once again turning heads with the release of his new single “Can’t Forget You”. A brand-new track born from a rather unexpected collaboration with Parisian duo Ofenbach and the iconic, multi-award-winning British voice of James Blunt.
After the colossal success of his track “Bad Memories” with Meduza, which has racked up more than 350 million streams and gone gold and platinum in six countries, James Carter is establishing himself as one of the most promising electronic artists on the current scene. His growing profile is now opening the doors to his wildest dreams, as he collaborates with the biggest names in the music industry.
“Having been a fan of both Ofenbach and James Blunt for years, it’s such a privilege to collaborate together, not to mention how lovely they are to work with. With a touch of darkness in the lyrics, combined with an upbeat production, it feels like the perfect record to bring our musical worlds together. I hope everyone is as surprised as I am to see a collaboration like this come to life!” said James Carter.
This collaboration marks the return of the duo Ofenbach, whose debut album “I”, released last September, keeps piling up the hits, as well as of the unmissable James Blunt. Although the artist has already ventured into Dance Pop collaborations, notably on “OK” with Robin Schulz, this new alliance around “Can’t Forget You” should very quickly conquer international radio and herald a scorching summer.
